Epinephrine (1:1000) 0.3-0.5 ml . sc , im
q 5-20 min
ถ้าตำแหน่งที่แพ้ อยู่ Peripheral , ใช้ tourniquet เพื่อช่วยชะลอ absorption
Epinephrine (1:10000) 2.5 ml
alpha and beta adrenergic effects คือ vasoconstriction , bronchial smooth muscle relaxation
Antihistamine diphenhydramine 50-100 mg
NSS keep blood pressure
Dopamine
IV Glucocorticoid 0.5-1 mg/kg
Aminophylline : Bronchospasm
