7 Spondyloarthritides

7.1 Introduction

7.3 Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)

  • เรือธงในกลุ่มโรค SpA

  • เกี่ยวกับ HLA B27 , ใน indian population พบได้ 2-6% , แต่ถ้าเป็น AS จะพบได้ถึง 83-94%

  • พบมากใน Male, ถ้าเป็น female อาการจะเบากว่า

  • อายุ 20 , ถ้า late ประมาณ 45 แต่ถือว่าพบได้น้อย

  • SS low back pain , enthesitis ฝ่าเท้า plantar fasciitis , Archilles tendinitis

  • peripheral arthritis พบได้ 1/3 , มักจะพบ Large joint of lower limbs , asymmetric
