• IMF ประมาณ 20-24 cm

• shape of short arc ประมาณ 1 1/2 legth of fold เช่น 22-cm fold , distance 12-13 cm

• length of limbs 5-6 cm

• areoloar diameter 42-48 mm

• thin layer of breast พยายาม preserve เพื่อ sensation of NAC

• เลาะใต้ center เพื่อสร้าง bucket handle flap เพื่อม้วน nipple ขึ้นไปได้

• เลาะด้านใต้ ไม่ไปถึง Nipple ด้านบน เพราะจะ loss supr volume
